Google introduced the new site links yesterday and the change has been reflected upon Digimantra’s Site links as well. Google introduced a one line short introduction for the site link. This new style of site links is different than old style, which only display the link titles and nothing else. The number of site links has been increased from 8 to 12 as well.

According to Google blog post –
Sitelinks will now be full-size links with a URL and one line of snippet text—similar to regular results—making it even easier to find the section of the site you want. We’re also increasing the maximum number of sitelinks per query from eight to 12.
