If you have not used Launchy for windows as if now, then you are missing something very great. Launchy is a neat way to open your programs, files, or even websites right from one place. Yeah, Windows 7 introduced this feature in its start menu after Launchy was released.
Gnome-do is alternative of Launch on Linux systems. If you are Linux user, then you might want to install Gnome-do and enjoy its power.
The default shortcut or hot key for launchy is Alt + Space. However, if you would like to change it, you can do so as following.
- Right click on Launchy anywhere outside of the text areas and choose Options.
- Then go to the “General” tab and choose whichever hotkey suits you
The original is Alt + Space in case you would like to return to it later. Hope that helps.
